Small orders are delivered with Royal Mail or Parcelforce Trackable.

Our larger item you will be contacted by our trusted courier.

Mainland Great Britain customers: All orders over £150 are sent free of charge standard delivery 3-5 working days.

Pre order goods allow 3-4 weeks delivery.

Large items up to  £15.00 depending on size.

UK Express delivery has to be placed before 1pm Mon- Fri.

Returns

When returning an item please insure it’s returned in its original packing.

Please email us on info@nhii.co.uk, we only issue a prepaid return if the item is damaged or a wrong item has been sent.

Please keep your proof of postage as we might request it later on.

A refund will be issued once the item has arrived and inspected please allow

10- 14 working days for refund to be issued depending on your bank.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival contact us immediately, if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
